HOURS OF OPERATION FOR VAN & CAR HIRE LONDON The Congestion Charge applies if you intend driving within the charging zone between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. You do not have to pay the charge on weekends, English public holidays, designated non-charging days, or between 18:00 and 07:00. Non-charging daysAll charging days that fall between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day inclusive are designated non-charging days. Vehicles that drive within the zone on or between these dates will not incur the Congestion Charge. Extensive Van Fleet hire for London: Vans From small Citroen Berlingos or similar to long and short wheelbase Transit and Luton Vans with or without tail-lifts (for those heavy objects). To facilitate larger removals e.g. moving house we hire 7.5 ton trucks (with tail-lifts).
